Perl 5.001 or higher. Servers running NT or 2000 need ActivePerl 5.x installed. Of course, as with everything, the newer the better. :)

The Perl package CGI.pm must be installed. Both the latest versions of ActivePerl and Perl for *nix come with this module installed by default.

The server Image Arcadia is to be installed on must be setup to send cookies to the client.

If you are hosted virtually, you must be able to execute CGI scripts in your webhosting account.

A browser that supports Cookies (for web based administration). Any recent browser will support Cookies, they may be disabled, however.
